SOC 2 readiness roadmap

This page summarizes the current trust-program direction for Lexel Translate. It is a roadmap page, not a certification claim. The goal is to make current controls and the next assurance milestones visible to customers.

Phase 1

Current foundation

Scoped API keys, retention controls, deletion workflows, session and API rate limiting, and internal worker trust boundaries are already implemented in the product.

Phase 2

Near-term controls

Priority work includes broader dashboard-action audit logging, more formal incident processes, and additional internal operational tooling around abuse handling and support review.

Phase 3

Evidence and policy work

The next trust-program layer is documenting policies, collecting control evidence, and aligning runtime operations with a repeatable review cadence.

Phase 4

Customer-facing assurance

Public trust pages, the DPA template, the security posture summary, and self-serve account export together provide the current customer-facing trust surface while the assurance program matures.
