This page provides the current in-app DPA template summary for Lexel Translate. It is intended to help customers and legal reviewers understand how translation traffic, account data, and retention-sensitive records are handled by the service.

Scope

This template covers customer text submitted to Lexel Translate through the web app, translation API, async job system, and related account-management surfaces.

Processing purpose

Customer content is processed only to provide translation, language detection, glossary handling, billing-safe usage tracking, and operational support for the service.

Retention and deletion

Customers can disable history saving in supported scopes, request account deletion, and download self-serve account exports. Legally required records may be retained for their required retention window.

Security responsibilities

Lexel Translate applies scoped API access, hashed API key storage, rate limiting, guarded worker routes, and retention-aware deletion controls. Infrastructure-level controls remain deployment dependent.
